The Burnley squad were back at work on Thursday, when they returned after the summer break for the first day of pre -season training.

New arrivals Tyrone Mears, Steven Fletcher and David Edgar joined in their first session as Burnley players as the team were put through their paces with a traditional first day 'run'.
