Gaffer: The Only Way Is Up!
Brian Laws senses a sea of change in his players as they go in search of their first away win of the season at Fulham on Tuesday.
The Clarets are still on a high after notching up their first win since October against West Ham United at the weekend.
And with a four-day bonding trip to Portugal planned in the wake of Tuesday night's visit to the capital, Laws feels his squad are in the right frame of mind to sign off with another morale boosting result.
He said: "The obvious problem away from home is that we just can't get a win and that has to be the objective.

"That means a change of mentality and after a good win at home on Saturday we are in the mood.
"Yes, we know that 90 per cent of our success this season has been down to our home form, but Stoke survived initially on their home form and Hull did it, so we know that can be done.
"But we've only had one point away (at Manchester City) and so there is only one way we can go and that is upwards.
"Each game that goes by makes it tougher, and we've had some tough games to start with.
"But there are elements in our games that we are improving on and the players are buying into that fact.
"We've been hard to beat and that's what we have to take into all games now."
The Clarets go to Craven Cottage to meet a Fulham sided with just one win in eight league games.

And Laws has been boosted by a clean bill of healthy, with no further injuries reported after the weekend.
He said: "We can take a lot out of the result at the weekend to take to Craven Cottage and the good thing is that we have a clean bill of health from Saturday, which is pleasing.
"Steven Jordan looks like he has a good chance of being in the squad on Tuesday, Chris McCann is very close but not close enough and Graham Alexander is not quite there yet.
"But we have a decent squad and that is the main thing.
"Fulham will be looking at this game as one to get going again, but maybe this is not a bad time to be playing them and if we can achieve a result before we head off for a few days warm weather training that would be fantastic."
